1. Sample Collection: Use the provided swab to collect fresh secretions from the cat's eye, nose, or mouth.
2. Preparation: Insert the swab into the buffer tube. Mix thoroughly by swirling the swab against the tube wall for about 1 minute.
3. Dispensing: Remove the swab. Place the test cassette on a flat surface. Add 3 drops (approx. 80-100μl) of the treated sample into the sample well (S).
4. Interpretation: Read the result at 10 minutes. Do not interpret after 20 minutes.
